If you have used your phone for a while, you will need to know how to check Android’s battery health. You can slowly deplete a battery’s capacity to hold power. This means that you will need to charge it more often and may be left without power if your phone suddenly turns off.
There are many ways to check the health of your smartphone’s battery.
This basic method will only inform you of how much power you have, and you can force-close any apps that are not in use. Depending on your phone brand, you can also access more detailed information by installing specialist apps.
We have several ways for you to find out more about the battery health of your Android phone. We hope you will use one or more of the following methods to determine how long your phone’s battery life is.

- This section shows you your Battery status for the past 24 hours and the apps that have used the most power.
- To force an app’s closing or disable it altogether, tap the icon in this menu. The next screen will show the options to disable, force quit, or select an optimization setting.
