Introducing Galaxy S21 Plus, Samsung’s new flagship smartphone, which brings quite a few upgrades that separates it from previous smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus Overview

  • The Galaxy S21 Plus uses a big, beautiful 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Colors pop, text is very crisp, and the screen gets very bright.
  • The S21 Plus’ 3x hybrid optic zoom telephoto lens lets you get very close to your photo subject. As part of the new Space Zoom feature, Samsung uses AI to lock the camera on your subject, minimizing hand shake.
  • The in-display fingerprint sensor on the S21 Plus is larger than the one on previous Galaxy devices; it’s also fairly accurate.
  • The Galaxy S21 Plus is a pricey phone that is the same in nearly every regard to its smaller sibling, the Galaxy S21. The main differences between the two are the size of the screen and the battery.
  • Battery life is okay in daily use and the Galaxy S21 Plus supports 25W fast charging. However, there is no charger included in the box.

The other great thing about the Samsung S21 Plus is that it comes with two high-performance chipset options Exynos and MSM. The Exynos chipset features a combination of ARM CPU and Cortex A9 CPU that offers high-speed performance and great battery life. On the other hand, the MSM technology comes with quad-core processors and is capable of great gaming performance and high level of connectivity.

To complement the dual-core processors, Samsung has also integrated the TFT (Thin Film Transistor) technology into their chipset to provide better display clarity and color accuracy. In addition, the Exynos version comes with Adreno GPU which is the precursor of the Tegra Next Generation so that users can enjoy high definition graphics on their mobile phones.

Overall, then, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus is designed for those who want the same affordability and features of the Galaxy S21, but in a larger package with a bigger screen and enhanced battery performance. It’s not for those who want the very best from Samsung – we’d leave that for the Ultra, even if that is mainly improving on the camera quality.
