Step 2
Add in a few details of the condition of your phone. That helps us to give a better idea of the price your phone is worth.
Step 3
Now the fun part. iPhone? Samsung? Motorola? Whatever it is, choose the brand new phone you’d like from our shop.
Step 4
Sign up to be a NIX member to receive further discounts. Don’t worry, we’ll show you how much you save as a standard customer & as a NIX member so you can make the right decision for you.
Step 5
Wait for your new phone to arrive the next day.
In the meantime, backup all of your old pics and contacts, ready to transfer your brand new mobile.
Step 6
We will send you the packaging you need to prepare your phone to be sent back to NIX HQ.
Step 7
When you receive your new phone make sure you transfer over everything you need and back up any old photos that you want to keep.
Step 8
Drop your old phone at the local post office and await confirmation of receipt from NIX. We will inspect your device and confirm the valuation with you via email, which will finalise the transaction.
